By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use this website or purchase products from SFA Academy Locker Room.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a student, you confirm that you are the parent, guardian, or authorized purchaser responsible for that order.
3. Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, logos, designs, pricing, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, garment material, production methods, supplier availability, or manufacturing differences.
Product images shown on the website may be mockups or digital previews and may not represent the exact final appearance of the finished product.
SFA Academy Locker Room reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
4. School Uniform Requirements
Customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the correct required uniform items for their student. This includes choosing the correct size, color, quantity, package, and product option before submitting an order.
Uniform requirements may be updated by SFA Academy at any time. SFA Academy Locker Room will make reasonable efforts to keep website listings current, but it is the customer’s responsibility to verify any required school uniform items before ordering.
5. Orders
All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation by email or through the website checkout system.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that the order has been fully processed, produced, shipped, or delivered. Orders may be delayed, modified, or canceled if there is an issue with payment, inventory, product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraud, or production limitations.
SFA Academy Locker Room reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product listing errors, payment issues, misuse of the website, or unauthorized purchases.

7. Sizing
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order. Size charts, if provided, are intended as general guidance only. Fit may vary depending on garment style, brand, material, cut, and manufacturer.
Because many items are school-branded, printed, embroidered, or made to order, customers should carefully review sizing before completing checkout.
Exchanges for sizing issues may be limited and are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
8. Pricing
All prices listed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product description errors, or checkout errors.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a website error, supplier error, technical issue, or human error, SFA Academy Locker Room reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order before fulfillment.
Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, delivery fees, or other charges unless clearly stated at checkout.
9. Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless another payment arrangement is clearly approved in writing. Accepted payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, digital payment options, buy-now-pay-later options, or other methods made available through the website.

Any production or fulfillment timeline provided is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
12. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery
Customers may be offered shipping, school pickup, local pickup, or delivery options depending on availability.
For shipped orders, SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses, weather delays, delivery interruptions, or other shipping issues once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
For school pickup or local pickup orders, customers are responsible for picking up orders during the communicated pickup window. Orders not picked up in a timely manner may be subject to additional communication, storage limitations, or alternative pickup arrangements.
13. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because many items sold by SFA Academy Locker Room are school-specific, decorated, custom printed, embroidered, personalized, or made to order, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.
Refunds are not offered on customized, school-branded, personalized, special order, clearance, worn, washed, or used items unless the item is defective or we made an error with the order.
Exchange requests may be considered for sizing issues only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and are subject to product availability.

14. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
You may be required to provide your order number, student name, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.
If the issue is verified, SFA Academy Locker Room may replace the item, repair the issue, issue store credit, or provide another resolution at our discretion.
Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, improper washing, improper drying, stains, student activity, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered defective.
15. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for properly caring for all apparel and merchandise. Printed, embroidered, decorated, or customized apparel should be washed and handled carefully to preserve quality.
Unless otherwise stated, we recommend washing garments inside out, using cold water, avoiding bleach, avoiding high heat, and following the care label instructions on the garment.
SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, staining, stretching, shrinking, or general wear and tear.
16. Customization and Personalization
Some products may include custom names, numbers, logos, initials, student information, or other personalization. Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submitting an order.
Once a customized or personalized order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged unless the item is defective or the error was caused by SFA Academy Locker Room.
SFA Academy Locker Room reserves the right to reject any customization request that includes offensive language, inappropriate content, unauthorized branding, misleading information, or anything that does not align with school standards.
17. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, graphics, product images, text, artwork, branding, website content, uniform concepts, and school-related design elements displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners.
