Refund & Exchange Policy
At SFA Academy Locker Room, each uniform item is prepared with care to support our students, families, and school community. Because many of our products are school-specific, decorated, printed, embroidered, or made to order, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.
No Refunds on Customized or School-Branded Items
We do not offer refunds on items that include SFA Academy logos, names, numbers, embroidery, custom printing, or any school-specific branding unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
This includes, but is not limited to:

P.E. uniforms

Spirit wear
-
Personalized apparel

Custom DTF or embroidery-style designs

Special order items

Package or bundle purchases
Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted for sizing issues only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size is not available, we will work with you to provide the best available option.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item to verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Package deals or combo bundles once any part of the order has been worn, washed, or used
Order Accuracy
Please review all sizes, quantities, colors, and product details before submitting your order. SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for incorrect sizes or selections made at checkout.
Pickup & Delivery
Orders selected for school pickup or local delivery must be picked up or received within the communicated pickup window. We are not responsible for delays caused by missed pickup times or incorrect contact information.
