SFA Academy Locker Room is committed to providing a convenient and reliable ordering experience for students, parents, guardians, and members of the SFA Academy community. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, picked up, and handled after purchase.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Delivery Policy.
1. General Shipping and Delivery Information
Most items purchased through SFA Academy Locker Room will be delivered to SFA Academy for school pickup or school distribution unless otherwise stated on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.
Because many products are school-specific, uniform-related, custom printed, embroidered, or made to order, processing and delivery times may vary based on product availability, production schedules, supplier inventory, school demand, and order volume.
2. School Delivery
Unless another delivery method is clearly stated, most orders will be delivered directly to SFA Academy.
School delivery may be used for:
Student uniforms
P.E. uniforms
School polos
Spirit wear
Team apparel
School-branded items
Uniform bundles
Special order apparel
Made-to-order products
Once an order is ready, customers may receive communication regarding school pickup, student distribution, or other delivery instructions.
3. Pickup at School
Orders delivered to the school may be available for pickup during designated pickup windows or distributed according to school-approved procedures.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all pickup instructions and picking up orders within the communicated timeframe.
When picking up an order, customers may be asked to provide:
Order number
Student name
Parent or guardian name
Email address used at checkout
Proof of purchase, if needed
SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for delays caused by missed pickup windows, incorrect student information, incorrect contact information, or failure to follow pickup instructions.
4. Orders Delivered to Students
In some cases, items may be delivered to the school and provided directly to the student. If this option is used, the customer is responsible for ensuring the correct student name, grade level, and contact information are entered at checkout.
SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for delays or confusion caused by incorrect student names, misspelled names, incomplete information, or failure to identify the correct student recipient.
5. Direct Shipping
Direct shipping to a home, business, or other address may be available for select items only if stated on the website or offered during checkout.
If direct shipping is available, customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. This includes apartment numbers, suite numbers, unit numbers, ZIP codes, and any special delivery instructions.
SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Processing Time
Order processing time begins after payment has been successfully received.
Processing time may include:

Product preparation
Printing
Embroidery
DTF transfer application
Packaging
Quality check
School delivery preparation
Carrier pickup, if direct shipping is selected
Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
7. Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Many products sold by SFA Academy Locker Room may be made to order. These items may require additional processing time before they are ready for school delivery, pickup, or shipment.
Made-to-order items may include:
Custom school apparel
Personalized products
Embroidered items
Printed uniforms
Spirit wear
Special event apparel
Team-specific items
Limited-release designs
Customers should allow additional time for production, especially during busy school seasons, uniform ordering periods, holidays, and high-volume order windows.
8. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery or pickup timeframes may vary depending on the product ordered, production requirements, supplier availability, and order volume.
SFA Academy Locker Room will make reasonable efforts to complete and deliver orders in a timely manner. However, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
High order volume
Supplier shortages
Backordered products
Printing or embroidery delays
Equipment issues
Shipping carrier delays
Weather conditions
School closures
Holiday schedules
Incorrect customer information
Circumstances beyond our control
9. Order Notifications
Customers may receive order updates by email, phone, text message, or website notification.

10. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Some orders may not include a shipping fee if the items are being delivered to the school for pickup or school distribution.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
11. Incorrect Shipping or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping, billing, student, and contact information at the time of purchase.
If incorrect information is submitted, customers should contact SFA Academy Locker Room as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed, produced, delivered, or shipped.
SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for delays, lost orders, missed pickup communication, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
12. Lost, Missing, or Delayed Orders
If an order appears to be delayed, missing, or not received, customers should contact SFA Academy Locker Room with the order number, student name, parent or guardian name, and contact information.
For school delivery orders, we will review the order status and pickup or distribution details.
For direct-shipped orders, we may use tracking information from the shipping carrier to help determine the status of the package. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, misdeliveries, lost packages, or delivery errors may be subject to the carrier’s policies and procedures.
13. Damaged Packages or Products
If an item arrives damaged or appears defective, customers must contact SFA Academy Locker Room within 7 days of receiving the order.
Customers may be asked to provide:
Order number
Student name
Photos of the item
Photos of the packaging
A description of the issue
If the issue is verified and was caused by production, fulfillment, or shipping damage, SFA Academy Locker Room may replace the item, repair the issue, issue store credit, or provide another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
14. Backorders and Product Availability
Some items may become temporarily unavailable due to supplier shortages, school demand, seasonal ordering, or inventory changes.
If an item is backordered or unavailable after purchase, SFA Academy Locker Room may contact the customer with available options, which may include:
Waiting for restock
Selecting a substitute item
Choosing a different size or color
Receiving store credit
Receiving a refund for the unavailable item
15. Multiple-Item Orders
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled together or separately depending on product availability and production requirements.
If part of an order is ready before the remaining items, SFA Academy Locker Room may choose to deliver available items first or hold the order until all items are complete.
16. Unclaimed Orders
Customers are responsible for picking up school-delivered orders within the communicated pickup window.
Orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period may require additional coordination for pickup or delivery. SFA Academy Locker Room is not responsible for delays, missed use, or inconvenience caused by failure to pick up an order in a timely manner.
17. School Closures and Schedule Changes
School closures, holidays, early release days, weather events, emergencies, or changes to school operations may affect pickup, delivery, or distribution timelines.
If school delivery is delayed due to school-related scheduling changes, SFA Academy Locker Room will make reasonable efforts to communicate updated pickup or delivery information.
18. Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for select orders only if stated on the website or arranged directly with SFA Academy Locker Room.
Local delivery availability, timing, and fees may vary. Local delivery is not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
19. International Shipping
SFA Academy Locker Room does not currently offer international shipping unless specifically stated on the website or approved in writing.
